Spyderco 2024 Product Guide Shows off Diverse Lineup

Last week Spyderco uploaded the 2024 Product Guide, its annual, all-encompassing catalog.

Before the company transitioned to the periodic Reveal system to unveil new models, the Product Guide was where Spyderco showed off most, if not all, of what it planned for the coming year. Now, the Product Guide serves as more of a compendium than anything, a one stop compilation of all the various Reveals, all in one well-produced, slick, easy-to-browse document. There’s a lot to browse, but if you want to find out about Spyderco’s 2023 products specifically, here are links to our coverage of those mode;s:

There are also a pair of small, but notable, newish models in the 2024 Guide. Both the Roadie and Urban Slipit knives are getting upgraded from N690Co to M398 steel after existing stock is worked through. The Urban, like the large UK Pen Knife, emulates classic Glesser-designed models in a non-locking format. The Roadie, also non-locking, stemmed from a proposed TSA rules update that would allow very small, lockless knives to be carried on planes. Of course that proposal never solidified, but Spyderco released the Roadie anyway.
